What happens if I can no longer attend the event?

All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. However, you can transfer your ticket to another person by updating the attendee information through Eventbrite before the event starts.

Will the event be recorded?

This event will be recorded. ONLY VIP registrants will receive a link to access the recording after the event. Please note that recordings are also nonrefundable.

What should I do if I don’t receive my event link or have trouble accessing the event?

Please check your email for the event link, which will be sent 24 hours before the event starts. If you haven’t received it or are having trouble accessing the event, contact our support by using the email for assistance.

Can I get a refund if I experience technical issues during the event?
