Do you find yourself stuck in your head, overanalyzing, and disconnected from your true self? This weekly session is designed to help you shift from overthinking to embodiment, guiding you back to a place of self-trust, presence, and deep connection.
Join Nicole Lilly as she leads you through breathwork, mindset shifts, and embodied practices that cultivate self-awareness, self-compassion, and intentional living. By exploring how to rewrite limiting beliefs, anchor into gratitude, and reconnect with your body’s wisdom, you’ll begin the journey of truly coming home to yourself.

Session Goals & Outcomes

✔ Learn simple breathwork, movement, and self-inquiry practices to help you reconnect with yourself when you feel overwhelmed or stuck in autopilot.

🎤 Speaker Bio: Nicole Lilly — Certified Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, & Somatic Integration Practitioner
Nicole Lilly is a Wellbeing Practitioner, Embodied Leadership Coach, and Certified Breathwork Facilitator dedicated to helping others reconnect with themselves and navigate life with more ease and authenticity. With a background in somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and self-leadership, she empowers individuals to cultivate resilience, deepen self-awareness, and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves.

Through her work, Nicole blends breathwork, embodiment techniques, and practical self-inquiry tools to support clients in shifting from autopilot to presence. She believes that true transformation happens when we learn to listen to our bodies, trust our inner wisdom, and become our own greatest source of support.
