Mackenzie is a design leader with experience working across both consulting and in-house product design. She brings a strategic yet hands-on approach to experience design, helping organizations reimagine how people interact with complex systems. Her work blends design thinking, technology, and empathy to create meaningful change for both users and businesses.
Amanda Mah (She/her)
Hi I’m Amanda and I’ve been in Talent Acquisition for almost 6 years. I started out in healthcare recruiting, then moved in to more sales and corporate recruiting, and have worked in tech recruiting for the past few years. I’m currently a Talent Acquisition Partner at TikTok and most recently hired for Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Product Designers for both experienced and early career candidates.
