Anne Theunissen (she/her) is a Research Officer at The Inclusion Initiative. Her research focuses on the analysis of organizational inequality mechanisms and practices to address them, and her research interests include diversity management and structures of (dis)advantage at the intersection of childfree/parental status, sexuality, gender, age and other characteristics.
