Our Multi-Generational Workforce: Truths, Humor, and What We Can Learn
Overview
Discover the Truths (and Laughs) Behind Our Multi-Generational Workforce
Four generations—Boomer, Gen X, Millennial, and Gen Z—log into a Zoom room. What happens next? A lively, honest, and surprisingly funny conversation about what makes each generation tick at work.
We’ve all heard the jokes, but what’s the truth behind them? What do our generational quirks reveal about our strengths, needs, and values in today’s workforce? And more importantly, how can these differences become our greatest assets?
Join us for a candid panel discussion featuring four professionals representing each generation. Together, we’ll explore how “the old ways” can inform “the new ways,” how fresh perspectives can reinvigorate long-standing practices, and how we can all work better—together.
Whether you’re leading a team, collaborating across age groups, or simply curious about the modern workplace, this session will offer insight, humor, and plenty of takeaways to help create environments where everyone thrives.
