About this event
The Oula One Connection Class is for EVERYONE! We will be moving to celebrate each and every one of us, including those attending Empowerment Weekend! No previous Oula experience is necessary to attend.
What is Oula One? Oula One is a heart-based, musically-inspired yoga dance fusion class done barefoot on the mat, with no jumping or impact, making it accessible to nearly all. Through breath and heart opening movements and music, you will feel the stress and stuck emotion leave your body, as you become grounded in your sense of self and one-ness. Every class empowers participants to challenge their bodies and process their emotions through music, movement, and, most importantly, a community connection.
What do I need to bring? Comfortable cloths you can move in, but won't get hung up as you move, a yoga mat if you have one (we will have some available), water and an open heart!
What else do I need to know? Finally, please be sure to complete the Connection Class Liability & Photo Release prior to class.
