What is your refund policy?

Participants are entitled to a full refund (less Eventbrite's Fee as per their policy) if requested no less than 1 week prior to the course start date.

Can I earn CPHR Credits?

Yes! Our WCI Certification is preapproved for 21 CPD hours with CPHR Alberta, contact your local CPHR Association for more information on how to get your CPD hours.

What happens if the course is cancelled?

If for some reason we are required to cancel the course, all registrants will receive a full refund in accordance with Eventbrite's cancellation policy.
