Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for anyone who would like to learn about the benefits of organ mobilization. That includes providers, movement professionals, and anyone who is curious about how these techniques could help them.

What does the workshop include?

This workshop will include 45 minutes of educational content, including self care and self mobilization techniques. Each participant will receive a free Coregeous ball to use at home, and will also be offered a special discount for a 1:1 session. There will be time at the end for Q&A.
