I bought a FC/BC ticket, with only ticket. How does the group enter?

Accepted Answer

A week or so before the event, you will receive an email asking for each person's name in your party. Person who purchased ticket must scan their ticket. All others, just need to give the name of the person who bought tix and give their name. Group doesn't have to arrive together.

Question 2

Will there be food at the event?

Accepted Answer

We will not have food at the event, BUT Tunnel has two restaurants attached to our venue that are owned by the same hospitality group, so we encourage you to eat/drink at the two restaurants/bars before and/or after the event. Feel free to stop by Tree House or Moe's Cantina before and/or after!

Can I buy two seats at a booth or couch instead of the entire booth/couch?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, the First Class and Business Class tickets are sold as couches and booths. We cannot split up the tickets to sell seats individually. The First Class tickets are leather couches that seat up to four people and the Business Class tickets are booths that seat up to six people.

I purchased a ticket and now, I am not able to attend. Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. No refunds.

Is there a dress code?

Accepted Answer

Tunnel encourages a smart, casual-elegant attire. They do not allow shorts, baseball caps, athletic apparel, tank tops, exposed chains or flip flops. Shine bright like a diamond!

How do you get to Tunnel from the CTA?

Accepted Answer

CTA Train: From the Blue Line, exit at Washington, it's a 15 min walk (.5 mi) From the Brown Line, exit at Merchandise Mart, it's a 7 min walk (.2 mi) From the Red Line, exit at Lake, it's a 15 min walk (.6 mi)  CTA Bus: #22 Clark & Kinzie stop is a 4 min walk (.1 mi)

Is Tunnel near the Metra Union Station and Ogilvie?

Accepted Answer

Yes! From Union Station: 18 min walk (.8 mi), 14 min CTA bus #156 or #37 or a 6 min Uber/Lyft/taxi ride. From Ogilvie Station: 19 min walk (.8 mi), 16 min CTA bus #37 or a 7 min Uber/Lyft/taxi ride.

Will there be a 50/50 Raffle?

Yes! We will have a 50/50 Raffle. The 50/50 Raffle is a cash prize, half the money raised goes to the winner and half goes to Wings Foundation. The winner will be announced during the show, must be in attendance to win.

Will there be a Live Auction?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We will have a few items auctioned off during the intermission, so be ready to bid to win!

Question 10

Will there be a costume contest this year?

Accepted Answer

Yes! This year's theme is "Diamond in the Sky" and attire is "Shine Bright Like a Diamond!" We encourage everyone to wear their bright and shiny clothes and accessories! First, Second and Third prizes will be given.

Is there parking near the venue?

Accepted Answer

There is a parking garage across the street at Mart Parc Wells. Parking is $15 for 4 hours and $20 for 10 hours. To book the discounted rates, go to https://www.treehousechicago.com/parking

How big are the FC couches?

Accepted Answer

Great question! Each couch is 7 1/2 feet long.
