About Your Presenter

Dan Jensen is a recovering CFO/COO who wrestled with whether his vendor spend, particularly in the indirect cost categories, was optimized for many years. He’s invested internally to drive cost savings with limited success and learned that leveraging third party experts with deep cost category expertise is the way to go in many cases. Dan is currently a consultant with the ERA Group comprised of industry experts in over 50 cost categories. The ERA Group operates under a shared savings approach where there is no fee for their services if there aren’t any savings implemented.
