About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

The regulatory landscape for healthcare facilities is constantly evolving, and staying ahead of the latest regulatory requirements is essential for healthcare engineers and facility managers. This seminar will focus on the Physical Environment (Environment of Care), Life Safety and Emergency Management requirements. The session will include recent updates to The Joint Commission standards in 2025 but the information will be applicable to all Accrediting Organizations (AOs), such as DNV, ACHC, AAAHC, and others.

Attendees will gain insight into surveyor focus areas, interpretive guidance, and performance trends observed nationwide. The session will also cover how engineering departments can better prepare for unannounced surveys, integrate AO expectations into daily operations, and proactively address high-risk findings. Whether you're preparing for your next survey or looking to strengthen your compliance strategies, this seminar will equip you with the knowledge and tools to align your facility’s infrastructure and processes with evolving standards.
