Sales and operations are often seen as two sides of the same coin, but when they are not in sync, the entire event experience can suffer. Join NACE Boston at Urban Wild for an engaging and honest conversation about how we can better align these two essential functions of the hospitality and events industry.
National speaker Andy Bomberger, CPCE, CMP, will guide us through the mindset shift required to break down silos, improve communication, and create a more collaborative environment between sales and operations teams. He will explore how a symbiotic approach not only reduces stress but can also lead to stronger client experiences and greater financial success.
This is more than a lecture. It’s a chance to connect with peers, share experiences, and walk away with practical strategies that can improve how we work together. Whether you are on the front lines of sales or managing logistics behind the scenes, this event is designed for you.
