OPERATION RADIO CHECK

Two decades after the wars began in Afghanistan & Iraq and five decades after the Vietnam War, we feel a need to pause, reflect, and reconnect. OPERATION RADIO CHECK is a 2-day online conference — for veterans and by veterans.

This event is free, and it is open to all veterans, spouses, and caregivers.

We all need each other. By participating, you will make a difference for someone else, a difference that only you can make.

How can we support & connect veterans to other veterans, organizations, and resources?

What resources and organizations are available to our veterans? Many veterans are not aware of the benefits they have earned. This is a place to get those questions answered.

How can we help veterans and their families heal from trauma? Let’s share our questions and experiences to actively help each other.

Let’s come together to connect, reflect, and grow with fellow veterans and organizations that are here for us.

How It Works

This 2-day conference will be conversational and collaborative. There will be several keynote speakers, and then you — the participants — get to set the agenda and choose the topics that will be discussed.

Let us grip hands and share stories about who we are and what we have experienced while in the military and beyond.

You will be able to gather information, ask questions, exchange ideas, and make new connections.

To ensure that we create a secure online space, we will have a process to ensure that only veterans, their spouses, and veteran service organizations will be able to participate.

On each day, we will begin with one panel, set our agenda, and converse. Panel & Closing will have closed captioning.

What we discuss and what we build will be up to us — each of us.
