This series is perfect for individuals who are new to property management or considering becoming a landlord.
The Housing Council at PathStone is the largest non-profit resource for landlords in the Monroe County area. We offer courses to help you better manage your properties, provide free and low-cost publications and forms to help you manage relationships with tenants, conduct inspections for rental properties that accept DHS Landlord/Tenant agreements, and more. This event is also a great opportunity for peer sharing.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a 2-session course, occuring Wednesday evening and Thursday evening. You must take both sessions to complete the course. You only need to purchase ONE ticket to attend both sessions.
