Ola is an ISG Digital Fellow with over 25 years of information technology leadership experience within various industries helping enterprises make transformative change. Ola is an industry thought leader in emerging delivery models that contemplate the rapidly changing technology landscape. She has advised corporations in the opportunities related to emerging technologies, news ways of working, the culture of product- and business-aligned capabilities, and is fluent in Enterprise Agility, DevOps, cloud, and automation. She has leveraged her deep IT leadership background and extensive experience implementing diverse IT operating models and delivery strategies to help clients drive strategic business alignment and manage their digital capabilities and strategies in an integrated fashion across the business value chain. Ola leads ISG’s Enterprise Agility and Digital Operating Model practice.

Ola served as Vice President of IT Transformation for Fiserv, Inc., working with CIOs across the company to enhance the quality of IT services, achieving a greater than 50% improvement in key quality performance indicators. She previously served as Director of Global Service Management and Quality for Hewlett-Packard (HP), responsible for all ITIL-based processes and all Quality and Lean Programs globally. Also for HP, she held roles including Service Delivery Executive for a major US-based airline company, leader for the largest strategic ITO pursuit in the company’s history, and delivery account leader for multiple clients. She has worked across a variety of industries including Energy, Utilities, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Technology, Transportation, Communications, Government, Life Sciences, Retail, Food and Beverage, CPG and Healthcare, and is a frequent speaker and contributor to industry publications.
