• John Morrill, Energy Manager, with the Arlington Initiative to Rethink Energy (AIRE), a program of the Arlington County Department of Environmental Services. He is a noted expert in this area.
• Tim Min, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling Energy Manager for NAVFAC and leading authority on energy efficiency in the federal and military sectors.
  
• Kevin Kampschroer, Chief Sustainability Officer and Director of the US GSA's Office of Federal High-Performance Green Buildings, recognized as one of the most authorative voices on all aspects of federal buildings, green construction and energy efficiency.
  
• Adam Guzzo, Policy Advisor at the US Department of Energy's Weatherization and Intergovernmental Programs Office and member of their Better Buildings team. He is noted for his expertise in energy data management particularly as it relates to state and local policy and program design.
