What is joy, and how does it feel?

How can we make more space for it?

In this workshop, you will be guided through gentle yoga poses, meditations and writing exercises to connect with the part of you that always knows joy and wants to express it: your soul. Yoga and writing help nurture sensitivity and awareness of the world around us and the universe within. This workshop is co-hosted by Leslie Waugh and Emily Hurr, highly experienced instructors, who will share practices to help you connect with your innate wellspring of joy. This is an all-levels workshop; no yoga or writing experience is required.

Leslie Waugh is a journalist, yoga instructor, and creator of Write From Your Heart.

Emily Hurr is a yoga instructor, massage therapist, and massage therapy educator.

What to bring/wear

Bring a notebook and pen. Wear comfortable clothing for gentle movement and comfortable shoes for meditative walking.
