Calling all fellow cooperatives (and those interested in coops) to join us in our next Open Studios! Inspired by the cooperative principle of ‘Cooperation Among Cooperatives,’ join AORTA facilitators to dig into a core tension in coops:

In an environment of heightened uncertainty and instability, how do we balance values of cooperation, care, and anti-capitalism while maintaining a financially-viable business inside of capitalism?

We’ll be learning about what this tangle looks like in AORTA and other cooperatives, and swapping possible solutions.
