Question 1

What if my piece breaks in the kiln firing?

Accepted Answer

We strive to avoid this happening at all costs but sometimes the kiln fairies have other plans. We will let you know if something happens to your piece in the unlikely situation and endeavor to resolve the situation with you through either a discount, gift voucher or refund depending on the fault

Question 2

Can I bring a friend or family member who isn't painting?

Accepted Answer

Of course you can! However, each person MUST purchase a ticket. You can book multiple spots at one time. As long as they have a ticket, they are welcome. There is limited tickets per session, booking is required so that we don’t overbook each session.

Question 3

I don't like my piece, can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

We really hope that you fall in love with your pottery piece & enjoy the creative session. 
However, sometimes colors don’t always look the way we expect them too. This is part of the creative process and what makes it so fun.  We do not offer refunds to those who do not like their finished results.

Question 4

What if I don't finish my project during the session?

Accepted Answer

We have provided 3 hours for you to  paint your  pottery item(s). Generally, an artwork can take anywhere from 1-2 hours. We have allowed an additional hour for you to chat, sip and walk around. We will give you time reminders to wrap up your pieces and give you a gauge of how long you have left.

Question 5

I need to cancel... What should I do?

Accepted Answer

Oh no! We are sad you won’t be giving us a visit. We were looking forward to meeting you. If you have booked multiple tickets you will have to cancel each one separately. 
We may not be able to offer a refund if the notice is too late & we can't rebook your seat(s). Contact us directly for options.

Question 6

Is my $10 reservation fee applied to my total bill?

Accepted Answer

Due to limited seating for each event, we highly suggest booking a seat. Your $10 WOA reservation fee is credited to your total due day of event. (3rd party fees are not credited, such as PayPal & Eventbrite, etc...) No call/no show reservations are NOT REFUNDABLE - please see refund policy.
