*If event must be cancelled by City Hall Essentials, tickets will be refunded minus any fees assessed by EventBrite.
* The GoTo platform (GoToWebinar/GoToStage) gauges audience engagement metrics. Participating in our webinars shall be construed as your consent. No additional permissions are necessary. Neither the host nor the presenters access, review, retain, or share any metadata obtained by GoTo from audience members.
