Will this be an instructed class?

No, there will be no instructions provided.

If you will be doing pole, We have a traditional chrome pole and a grippy silicone pole. I would suggest bringing leggings and shorts depending on which pole you will be using. Your top/shirt is completely up to you. For the Lyra/aerial hoop, I would suggest leggings only.
