Do I need experience to attend this event?

Not at all. This circle is designed for anyone who feels called to align with their heart, set powerful intentions, and receive. Whether you're brand new to energy work or deeply experienced, you'll be guided every step of the way.

What exactly happens during the circle?

You'll be guided through breathwork, heart coherence, intention setting, and group energy practices in a sacred and supportive space. Each person has a chance to receive focused intention from the group while also holding space for others. We close with a collective healing and manifestation ritual.

What should I bring?

Bring comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and an open heart. You may also want a journal for insights, and a small item to hold during intention work (like a crystal or token that holds meaning for you—optional).

What if I don’t feel comfortable sharing?

You're always in choice. While sharing is encouraged to deepen connection, you're never pressured to say or do anything that doesn’t feel aligned. This is a space of safety, not performance.

Why is it in a salt cave?

The salt cave adds a powerful layer of grounding, purification, and energetic charge. The environment enhances breath, focus, and healing. It’s a sacred space that amplifies everything we do in ceremony.

What happens after the event?
