Meet your farmers this October 8th!

Welcome to year four of the Open Farm Tours!
Ten family owned farms are participating in this years tours. All farms implement sustainable agriculture practices and are within a 10 mile radius of each other. Tour the farms at your own pace and learn what is involved in growing our food and how important sustainable farming methods are to the health of the Earth and our community.

• FREE Self-guided tour of 10 Corralitos area organic family-run farms.
• FREE Market Place with local food & wine, live music and a kid's activity area.
• Market Place demonstrations of tomato canning, fermentation & food preservation.
• Engaging kid-friendly farm activities, farm animals and more.

Marketplace at Alladin Nursery

We are partnering with Alladin Nursery for this years Marketplace. Stop by for a fantastic BBQ lunch of Corralitos Sausages, wine and artisanal beverages, pizza cooked in a wood burning oven from the folks at Fired Up Fresh, Mexican fare from My Mom’s Mole, local food artisans from the El Pajaro CDC Commercial Kitchen Incubator and much more! Check the events schedule on our website for our food preservation demo times & a complete list of all events happening during the day. Listen to live music while enjoying artisan food and wine, all in the beautiful surroundings of Alladin Nursery.

Donations

Making a $10.00 suggested donation helps to keep the tours free and open to the public for everyone to enjoy. Your $10.00 donation will get you your choice of one FREE beverage from the Open Farm Tours food booth at the Alladin Market Place. Simply print out your ticket and bring it with you on Oct. 8th.

Register by Oct. 1st to automatically be entered into our drawings! We have FREE Market Place lunches to give away as well as commerative T shirts and gift items / services donated by our sponsors & the participating farms. All winners will be notified by email by October 4th.
