In addition to your daily dose of 1990s pop-culture references and horrible puns, this 1 Hour CLE will focus on common errors in title searches, recorded instruments and office procedures.  Matters such as breaks in the chain of title, notarization errors, corporate suspensions, and missing spousal signatures may either be repaired shortly after closing or they can mature into full-fledged title claims. Deciding when, where and how to fix the problems will be discussed along with whether it is possibly appropriate to ‘insure over’ such matters.  Repair tools such as the Affidavit of Correction, ALTA 34 Endorsements and Re-affirmation Agreements will be analyzed, all within a 60 minute program.
