Cultivating Vitality and Inner Balance – Summer Outdoor Series

Join Natalia, a certified Holden Qi Gong Instructor and Health Coach, for a restorative and inspiring Qi Gong practice held weekly in the serene beauty of Lincoln Park — just steps away from the small parking lot near the Fauntleroy Ferry Terminal.

This summer, reconnect with your body, breath, and the natural world through a gentle movement practice designed to release stress, enhance vitality, and bring you back to center.

✨ In these sessions, you’ll experience:

  • Gentle, Flowing Movements: Activate your energy with easy, flowing sequences that promote relaxation, flexibility, and strength.
  • Breathwork & Visualization: Calm the nervous system, expand your awareness, and deepen your presence through guided breath and imagery.
  • Emotional & Physical Renewal: Learn tools to transform stress into vitality and feel grounded, energized, and uplifted.
  • Holistic Integration: Natalia incorporates wisdom from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Bioneuroemoción®, and health coaching to support balance and well-being on all levels.

☀️ Summer Class Details:
When: Every Friday 12:30-1pm
Where: Lincoln Park (near the small parking lot closest to the ferry terminal)
Weather Note: In case of rain or cold, class will be held indoors at La Choza Studio (details provided upon registration).
Contribution: $10 per person

Whether you’re new to Qi Gong or returning to the practice, all are welcome. Come as you are — and leave feeling renewed, peaceful, and connected.

What is the optional bonus time before or after class?

Before the class, we will have a brief discussion on a topic related to the day’s practice, from the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), to give more depth to your Qi Gong experience. After the class, you can stay for a 5-minute meditation to deepen your relaxation and integrate the b

Do I need to bring anything to the class?

Just yourself and a positive attitude! If you'd like, you can bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is a parking lot with a few spaces behind the building. Parking is free, but it’s on a first-come, first-served basis. If the lot is full, street parking is available nearby.

Is there a place to change clothes?

Yes, the studio has a dressing room available for anyone who needs to change into more comfortable clothing before class.
