About this event

⭐️ This is an online class that takes place on Zoom. All bodies / genders are welcome! ⭐️


Non-Linear is a gentle yet powerful somatic movement practice that feels like a moving meditation.


You close your eyes and let the sensations of the body and the music guide you into a moving meditation-like dance that happens entirely on the ground (but you can also stand too if you feel called!)


At every point during the class you will move as much or as little as your body calls for.


I will provide beautiful and unique music as well as verbally guide you along the way. You can leave your camera on or off while you move.


This is a great end of day class to decompress and allow your body and mind to let go of stress and tension after a long and busy day...

-Connect to your inner world and body's signals and wisdom

-Break from busy commitments and routine to access pause and decompress

-Welcome and feel all your emotions

-Release all that you’re holding on to so tightly in your body, softening those places and spaces the are tight and uncomfortable

-Connect back to sensation, pleasure and awe through movement


Sitting, laying down, kneeling, or standing, you move your body in a dance-like way to feel, express and release.

What to wear

Workout clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in. Layers that you can add and take off are good. You can use kneepads if you have them as this will allow you more freedom to move both on the ground and standing.

Who Can Attend?

All Bodies / Genders are welcome in this class who are 18+. If you are under 18, you will need parental consent to attend (and you are definitely welcome to attend!).

What to bring and how to prepare

A yoga mat or anything comfortable to lay and move on. Find a quiet, private space. Dim the lights if you can and grab an eye mask if you would like support with drawing inwards while you move.
