What to Bring and How to Prepare

A yoga mat or anything comfortable to lay and move on. Find a quiet, private space. Dim the lights if you can and grab an eye mask if you would like support with drawing inwards. If you're busy and in between meetings/work/childcare, you can probably move in whatever you're wearing.

Who Can Attend?

All Bodies / Genders are welcome in this class who are 18+. If you are under 18, you will need parental consent to attend (and you are definitely welcome to attend!).

Workout clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in. Layers that you can add and take off so you stay comfortable throughout the session.
