⭐️ This is an online class that takes place on Zoom. All bodies / genders are welcome! ⭐️
Non-Linear is a gentle yet powerful somatic movement practice that feels like a moving meditation + improv dance + accessing more openness and freedom in the body.
You close your eyes and let the sensations of the body and the music guide you into a moving meditation-like dance that happens entirely on the ground (but you can also stand too if you feel called!)
At every point during the class you will move as much or as little as your body calls for. There are no steps to follow or strict guidance on how to move.
I will provide beautiful and unique music as well as verbally guide you along the way. You can leave your camera on or off while you move, though I'd love to be able to compassionatly witness you in movement so I can better attune to your body, emotions and needs during the class.
Class after class, your body learns and remembers—oh, it’s the time again to slow down, breathe, feel and let go—and it deepens and transforms the more you do it, that's why I recommend you join class multiple times to enjoy the benefite of Somatic Dance.
🌟 This is a wonderful class to allow your body and mind to let go of stress and tension so you can invite more energy and vitality into your being.
🌟 This practice cleanses or washes out things that have been shut down or built up in your physical, mental and emotional body.

Sitting, laying down, kneeling, or standing, you move your body in a dance-like way to feel, express and release.
