About this event

  • Event lasts 3 hours 30 minutes

With the rise of digital communication, online stalking and harassment have become increasingly common tactics in domestic abuse. Our specialist training equips professionals with the knowledge and tools to recognise, respond to, and prevent technology-facilitated stalking and harassment. Delivered by our specialist Technology Facilitated Abuse and Economic Empowerment Team, this session explores how perpetrators misuse technology—such as social media, GPS, spyware, and messaging platforms—to monitor, control, and intimidate survivors. Participants will learn how to assess risk, safety plan and support survivors to enhance their digital safety. This training is vital for anyone working with individuals at risk of domestic abuse, ensuring your response is informed, effective, and survivor-centred.
