Strengthen your body from the inside out: In this online Pilates class, you'll be guided through precise, flowing movements, mindful breathing, and deep core activation. We’ll gently mobilize the spine, improve your flexibility, build strength, and help you reconnect with your body – all from the comfort of your home.
Even through the camera, I'll focus on correct alignment and offer individual attention. You'll develop body awareness and inner resilience through conscious movement and controlled breathing.
This class is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Join us weekly or drop in whenever it fits your schedule – flexibility is key.
📍 Live on Zoom – all you need is a mat and some space. Camera on or off – however you feel most comfortable.
