Join us for our biannual seminar where we will dive into the world of deep brain stimulation (DBS) and its use in treating Parkinson's Disease and Essential Tremor. A Struthers Parkinson's Center neurologist, nurse and a patient who has had DBS will share their experience with DBS. Topics include the history of DBS, who would be an appropriate candidate, team assessment and evaluation for surgery, DBS devices, and a look into the operating room.
