*FRIDAY - HEALING RESTORATIVE FINE BODY YOGA® - 4TH FRIDAY - OF EACH MONTH: Each session follows a familiar basic structure, yet features a different theme. Additionally, each session is personalized for each student, as is all the FBY® classes.
EACH CLASS IS personalized for you and customized for the group. You have the opportunity to tailor your experience to your own unique needs, desires, and limitations.
Before each class, it is valuable for you to let me know how you are doing physically and energetically. You can inform me beforehand by email, text, or private message through the Zoom chat starting at 9:15 a.m. You also have the opportunity to request what poses or parts of the body you would like to address. Questions are also always welcome!
Also important: Please let me know of any injuries or conditions that may limit your physical activity or have been recommended to avoid. Thank you!
To prepare for the FBY® online classes, please, beforehand, set up your space to be ready to practice your yoga. Have your computer/device set up so you are seen fully, sitting, and standing. Also, have any props you would like to use within reach. Thank you!

FBY® is created for a deeply internalized refining of self-awareness, self-discovery, and self-realization through methodically guided sequencing of yoga energy techniques, stances, and poses with a cultivating intention of presence.
