About Luminous Breathwork

About Your Facilitator

Liya James is a certified NeuroDynamic Breathwork® facilitator, trauma-informed coach, and founder of Luminous Breathwork. Her work blends somatic healing, creative integration, and Buddhist psychology to support transformation from the inside out. She has extensive experience guiding individuals through practices that reconnect them to their inner wisdom and embodied clarity.

Workshop Agenda

  • Enter the Stream (15 mins) – grounding and arrival
  • Intro Talk (30 mins) – setting intentions, what to expect
  • Breathwork Journey (45 mins) – guided music and conscious breathing
  • Sharing Circle (30 mins) – optional reflection and integration

⏰ Please arrive on time. The opening portion of the workshop is essential for setting a safe, grounded, and intentional space. We begin together. Once the breathwork journey starts, late entry may not be possible, especially if this is your first time breathing with us.

This is an online workshop hosted via Zoom. You’ll receive the Zoom link and preparation materials via email after registration. We recommend setting up a quiet, private space for your session and using headphones for the best audio experience.
