I’d love for you to join me for a virtual breathwork session where we’ll use the power of the breath to help release stress, anxiety, and anything else that might be weighing you down. You don’t need to be in any particular mood or mindset—just show up as you are.
Breathwork is a simple but powerful tool that helps you drop out of your busy mind and back into your body. It’s like a reset button—clearing stuck energy, quieting the noise, and opening up space for clarity and connection.
The practice I guide is especially helpful if you’re holding onto heavy emotions like grief, fear, or heartache. It can be intense, but also incredibly healing. Most people leave feeling more grounded, open, and at peace.
If you’ve never done breathwork before, don’t worry—I’ll walk you through everything. All you need is a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, something comfy to lie down on, and maybe an eye covering if that helps you tune in.
A quick heads up:
If you’re pregnant, healing from surgery, or have a history of seizures, it’s best to check in with your doctor before joining. Breathwork isn’t recommended if you have:
- Severe asthma
- Severe, untreated PTSD or trauma
- A known brain or abdominal aneurysm
