Live Online Guided Breathwork Class!
Breathwork is an active meditation practice that uses repetitive breathing patterns that can result in a non-ordinary state of consciousness. These ancient techniques combined with cutting edge science helps us lower stress, anxiety and depression during challenging periods of our life. Regular practice helps with living our life with more clarity, energy, and peace.

What You Can Expect
- Introduction: We will enter the zoom room and ground down. We'll teach you about the technique and an overview of the experience along with mental, emotional and physical expectations.
- Active Breathing: We will guide you through 30 minutes of active breathing. This practice will be set to music and will be completed lying down (modifications can be made if needed). During this time it's common for people to have a variety of mental, emotional and physical experiences. Each experience is different but common experiences are deep rest or relaxation, feeling energized and or processing stuck emotions.
- Rest: After breathing, you'll just rest. This gives your body a chance to relax the entire nervous system. It's similar to the end of a yoga class where you just lie down and are blissed out :)
- Debrief: We'll guide you out of the experience by the scheduled end time. We'll keep the zoom room open a little longer for an opportunity to share anything that come up for you.

What You'll Need
- A computer or phone with reliable internet connection
- A private space free of distractions and others who are not breathing with you
- A place to lie down or sit comfortably
- Optional but encouraged items are blankets, eye covers and headphones

FAQs
Is online just as good as in person?
Yes.
Do I need my camera on?
We never make someone do something that they don't want to do. However, it does help us as facilitators to see you while you breathe so that we can modify our guidance to fit the needs of the group.
Can others participate with me at my house or room?
Absolutely! Our intention is to bring this practice to everyone who is curious about it.
Can my pet be with me?
Who doesn't need a support animal these days?! Our dog, Sam, is always right behind our computer. Tell your pet we say hi :)

This practice is suitable for most individuals, but if you are pregnant, have severe heart conditions, epilepsy, severe asthma or any other health concerns, please let us know in advance so we can offer appropriate modifications.
