This three part active breath helps us move energy and emotions through the body, resets the nervous system, and is a powerful way to strengthen the immune system. This practice is set to music and builds from a gentle grounding exercise, through a cue to release a sigh, scream, laugh, cry, wiggle, etc, and then ends in a restorative savasana. This practice can induce beneficial physical, emotional, and even spiritual experiences.

Things to bring: a blanket for temperature changes, an eye mask / wash cloth to cover the eyes can enhance the experience. This practice is done laying down. A yoga mat, a couch or a bed will work as long as the spine is straight.

Get cozy and let's breathe!

This practice is not recommended for those with severe heart coniditions or pregnant individuals.

NOTE: To honor everyone’s time and privacy, entry into the Zoom room will close 5 minutes after the session begins.
