Taught by a working TV actor with credits including Night Court, 9-1-1, and 2 Broke Girls, this beginner-friendly course gives you a true behind-the-scenes look at how professional actors prepare, rehearse, and audition. You’ll work with real TV scripts, learn the actor’s process, and get a taste of what happens in a real audition room — minus the pressure.

🗓 4-Week Class Outline

Week 1 – How Real Actors Approach Scripts Break down a script like a pro. Learn how actors connect to character and bring themselves to the role — then try it out with two short scenes.

Week 2 – Your First Co-Star Role You’ll prep a short scene from a real TV show — the kind of quick-but-important role every actor starts with — and perform it in class for supportive, practical feedback.

Week 3 – Guest Star Challenge Tackle a slightly bigger scene with more depth and stakes. You’ll get hands-on coaching and learn how to handle more complex roles, like a pro.

Week 4 – No-Pressure Mock Auditions (On Both Sides) Experience a mock TV audition in a totally supportive setting — and then flip the script and sit in the producer’s chair to help “cast” your classmates. You’ll gain a whole new understanding of what casting directors and producers really look for.
