Where is the meeting point?

We’ll meet outside Common Grounds Café on Kite Beach. Look for the OneFit flag and team in branded shirts — we’ll be there from 6:45 AM for check-in and warm-up at 7:00 AM.

Is there parking available?

Yes! There’s public parking available right next to Common Grounds Café and the meeting point. We recommend arriving early to secure a space.

This is a free community run open to all fitness levels — both OneFit members and non-members are welcome!

Do I need to register?

Yes, please register through Eventbrite or via the QR code on our posters so we can manage numbers and updates.

What distance options are available?

You can choose between 5K, 7K, or 10K routes — all along the beautiful Kite Beach running track.

Who is leading the run?

The run will be hosted by Coach Demi, one of OneFit’s experienced class instructors. She’ll lead the warm-up, pace the group, and guide you through the route.

Do I need to be an experienced runner?

Not at all! Everyone is welcome — come along, have fun, and enjoy the community atmosphere.

What should I bring?

? A cap or sunglasses (it can get sunny early)
? A water bottle (hydration is key!)
