One Thousand and One Nights
Overview
Step into One Thousand and One Nights, an immersive Yalda celebration honoring the longest night of the year and the turning of the winter solstice. The night begins with our first performance at 8 pm, so we kindly ask guests to arrive a little early to experience the full evening.
This special event brings together a powerful team of artists — Parmida Ziaei, Parham Rahbar, Hamed Shirazi Ardestani, Jessie Young, and Parsa Kaffash — each sharing a story through a different medium, including live performance, movement, music, sound, video, and evolving visual art.
Across the space, narratives will unfold, overlap, and transform, inviting you to feel the night rather than simply watch it.
You’re welcome to arrive as a character inspired by One Thousand and One Nights — mysterious, mythical, romantic, or completely your own interpretation. Step into the story any way you choose.
