Is my new pottery food safe?

Yes! All of our clay and glazes are food safe after they are fully fired. Staff will handle the details, but know that dinnerware items are food safe, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe!

Do I need to bring any tools or supplies to class?

Nope! We will provide all tools and materials you need for the event. Clay will wash out of most clothing, but maybe don't wear that fancy new white shirt to be on the safe side.

What if I want to create something like I've seen online?

If you bring examples of what you'd like to make, our staff will do their best to help you create it. There may be size/material considerations or other limitations, but you won't know if you don't ask.

ONE-DAY / Pottery Class / $85

Feb. 14th - Valentine's Day Class

Come join our pottery community for three hours of fun! Learn how to handbuild mugs, cups, bowls, dinnerware, mini animal sculptures, and more out of clay! Our teachers can teach anyone at any level, 3 pounds of various colors of clay will be given for the hand building projects and each student will receive 5 pounds of clay to practice throwing if they choose. Our team will fire and finish all pieces and pieces will be ready for pick up 3 weeks after the event.

Teenagers (12+) are welcome to attend on their own. Children under 12 should take class with a trusted grown-up.
