"Once Upon a Time" Opening Reception

CK Contemporary is thrilled to host the opening reception for figurative painter Ana Monteiro's first solo exhibition in the United States, Once Upon a Time, on October 25th from 5 - 8 PM. 

Monteiro's work focuses on themes of the Self through portraits shaped by symbolism and magical realism. Her paintings bridge individual memory with our collective consciousness, weaving together references to art history, literature, allegory and myth.
