On the Front Lines Community Alliance is a community of practice focusing on the foundational basis of peer support, where individuals share common concerns and challenges, which provide creative solutions and coping strategies. We build bridges of trust between recovery professionals that lead to a collaborative continuum of care while working to eliminate the atmosphere of competition amongst agencies. Professionals in the fields of mental health, addiction, and recovery professionals, and anyone in need can find support, resources, and community guidance for helping people find individualized recovery services.

Hannah Schilling co-founded the group, On the Front Lines Community Alliance in 2019 with the vision of building a fast recovery and resilience network of organizations and professionals, facilitated by a common vision & healthy partnerships, centered on creating and maintaining a recovery-oriented system of care around mental health and substance use disorders

This event serves as a platform for us, as professionals, to network with one another and build relationships that foster a culture of service and commitment. Additionally, members are encouraged to share any recovery-related resources, events, career opportunities, and continuing education events.

We are committed to a healthy partnership with community agencies. One that is rooted in mutual respect, open communication, transparency, and a commitment to a common vision. We believe human services in our communities will thrive under a trusting and collaborative partnership with each organization and its representatives.
