Alicia Donovan, LPC-S, RPT-S is a licensed progressional who has been providing services to children and families for the past 15 years. She is the founder of Small Steps in Wellness, a practice established to support individuals and families in the state of Arizona.

Small Steps in Wellness is committed to the wellbeing and care of individuals who experience societal marginalization.
