Payment Terms: Due at registration per student.
Refunds: Refunds are not allowed. We will be glad to reserve you a seat in a future virtual class at no additional fee if you are not able to attend your registered class. A no-call, no-show to a class will not be refunded- however, we will be glad to reserve a seat in a future virtual class.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are registering for another person in your franchise, please make sure that their information (name, email address, and phone number) are provided. They will be receiving a copy of the confirmation along with all of the class materials.
Order Confirmation: Once an order has been placed through the system, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the person placing the order and the student. Please check your e-mail immediately. In addition, please check your Spam folder in case the confirmation email goes to Spam. If you do not receive an e-mail immediately, please e-mail us at iicrc@wilsontrainership.com with your name, email address and the name of the student registered. We will research and re-send the confirmation e-mail.
If you are unable to attend the scheduled class on these dates, it is YOUR responsibility to contact us at iicrc@wilsontrainership.com or 502-643-3885 to reschedule. We do not provide refunds. We will be glad to reschedule you for a future class, but again, it is YOUR responsibility to contact us.
