    Overwhelmed with the how, when, and what of starting your baby on solid foods? If you are about to begin or are just beginning your baby on solids, join us in this self-guided class to learn how to confidently and safely select and prepare healthy foods at home. We’ll help you navigate the guidelines and safety recommendations for starting solids, walk you through the differences between baby-led weaning and traditional pureed foods, show you how to set up your Solid Start kitchen, and talk meal planning to get you and your baby off to a Solid Start.
