On Deck: A Night Aboard the S.S. Badger
– The Friends of Ludington Police invite the community to step ON DECK for an extraordinary evening aboard the historic SS Badger in celebration of Love Ludington Weekend. The event will take place on Thursday, June 5, from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM, and will serve as a signature kickoff to the weekend’s festivities, blending the city’s finest culinary offerings, live entertainment, and historic charm with a purpose: to raise funds and awareness for the Lakeshore Children's Advocacy Center.
The SS Badger will remain docked throughout the event, allowing guests to explore the ship freely, including areas not open during regular sailings.
Guests will enjoy tastings from some of downtown Ludington’s most beloved restaurants, each offering a sample of their signature dishes, as well as live music throughout the evening.
All proceeds will directly benefit the Lakeshore Children's Advocacy Center (CAC), a critical resource serving children and families impacted by abuse and trauma in Mason County and surrounding areas.
