Sign up to be notified when sap is running & a naturalist will lead you in tree ID, tapping and other processes involved with making syrup.
Get to know your local Maple trees! Participants will join a naturalist for short hike at Kuehn Conservation Area to identify different Maple trees, learn to tap and extract sap from the trees, and process it takes to make sweet maple syrup.
