TPSS Co-op is very excited to announce our first-ever Omnivore Cooking Class. We usually host Vegan Cooking Classes with our friend Na'amana at Wisdom Path Healing Center, and are planning on offering both Vegan Classes and Meat-Friendly Classes all summer! This is a demonstration-style cooking class with animal products, and will be taught by Chef Abbot FJ of HAGS, a Michelin-star winning queer restaurant in Brooklyn, NY. Learn how to make the following dishes (and then we'll eat them all together) with us on the evening of Tuesday June 17th from 6 - 8 PM:

Handmade Pasta with Semolina Flour, Snap Peas, Mint, Oregano and Spicy Lamb Sausage (from Meat Crafters!)

One Hour Local Strawberry Ice Cream with Molasses and Fennel

Quick-Pickled Radish Salad with Pink Peppercorns and Crysanthemum

Meet us at the Takoma Park Silver Spring Community Kitchen (at the Takoma Presbyterian Church, 310 Tulip Ave. The Community Kitchen is in the building adjacent to the Church's playground) for a night of delicious learning and eating. Class capped at 10 participants.

Tickets are $60 at normal rate -- $55 for artists and students, $100 for couples. If you're interested in a scholarship for this class, please email connect@tpss.coop.
