Join us for a deeply nurturing experience where movement meets breath, and sound meets stillness.

We begin with gentle yoga and conscious breathwork to awaken the body and calm the mind. Then, cocooned in a floating hammock or grounded on the mat, you’ll be immersed in a meditative sound bath with crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments.

Let your body soften, your breath deepen, and your spirit float on waves of sound and serenity.

No experience needed — just come as you are.

Is parking available

Yes, we have multiple parking locations around the venue. Feel free to part at Gardenia House, or in the parking lot across the street at 3323 Bayshore Dr, Naples, FL, 34112. Please do NOT park next to the laundromat.

What do I have to bring with me.

Bring your yoga mat, some water, and good vibes.

Can I get some water at the venue

Yes, we serve water, but the supply may be limited. It is best to bring some water with you.

What if I do not have a mat?

We do have several additional mats, and we are happy to share them with you. Supply is limited.

Is there a restroom at the venue?

Yes, we have two restrooms available to use.

Is venue air conditioned?

Yes, our venue is air-conditioned.
