Chef Naoki — former Executive Chef of Shun Japanese Kitchen, a second-generation Japanese chef with over 25 years of culinary experience — invites you to a one-day-only 15-course omakase tasting journey, where traditional Japanese cuisine and refined sushi are transformed into an intimate chef’s table experience.

With over 2 decades of training, drawing on his family’s legacy in Japanese cuisine, Chef Naoki has devoted his career to preserving tradition while innovating with modern techniques. His work has been celebrated for its dedication to authenticity, artistry, and balance, blending kaiseki-inspired plating with the finesse of modern techniques.

Known for elevating Houston’s Japanese dining scene with his passion for seasonal ingredients, precise knife skills, and a philosophy that food is both performance and cultural storytelling.

This exclusive evening also marks the first-ever collaboration with Nori Nori, uniting artistry, precision, and premium seasonal flavours in an unforgettable culinary performance. Also in partnership with Washo United to bring flavours from Japan to the local table.

✨ With limited seating, each guest will be immersed in a symphony of taste, elegance, and cultural refinement.
